The EQUIP Pastors’ Roundtable is an incredible opportunity for pastors who are eager to reach their maximum leadership potential while helping to develop thousands of effective church leaders overseas.

So, how can you invest in international church leaders while enhancing your own leadership skills? Well, it works like this… You come spend a day and a half with Pastor William Flippin. We limit enrollment to just you and just 19 others in order to provide the highest level of personal attention. You will not only hear lessons from John Maxwell and a leading pastor, but you’ll be able to ask questions that pertain specifically to you and your ministry. Cost of participation is a gift of $2,500 to EQUIP to be used entirely to produce Biblically-centered leadership notebooks for 5,000 international church leaders. Roundtable attendees have a vital part in what God is doing around the world in fulfilling the Great Commission through training leaders of faith and integrity to change their countries from the inside out.
